Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode when you fill in a form on this site or ring us
- What you tell us about the work you need doing
- Records of the work we carry out for you, including certificates we are required by law to keep
- Standard website analytics, which tell us how many people visited a page and roughly where in the country they were, not who they are
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, quote for the work, carry it out, invoice you, and meet our legal obligations as a registered gas business. We do not sell your details to anyone and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after two years. Records of work carried out are kept for six years for tax purposes, and gas safety records for the period the regulations require.
Who processes it for us
Our enquiry forms, customer records and review requests run on GoHighLevel, and our email runs on standard business email hosting. These suppliers process data on our instructions only.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email info@gofixgroup.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
