About Go Fix
Go Fix Property Maintenance Ltd is a Gas Safe registered gas, plumbing and heating firm working out of Montpelier Road in Purley. We take on boiler breakdowns, servicing and landlord gas safety certificates, power flushing and system upgrades, and full boiler and heating installations. Alongside that runs a property maintenance side of the business fitting bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, and doing the plastering and rendering that goes with them, which is why a lot of our work ends up being the whole job rather than one trade of it.

What we take on
- Boiler breakdowns, repairs and annual servicing
- Landlord gas safety certificates, the CP12
- Full boiler installations and replacements
- Central heating upgrades, smart controls and thermostatic radiator valves
- Power flushing and system cleaning
- Underfloor heating
- Bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, including the plastering and rendering
- General domestic plumbing, from a leaking waste to new pipework
What we do not do
- Oil fired heating. We are registered for natural gas, not oil, so an OFTEC engineer is the right call there
- LPG appliances. Our Gas Safe registration covers natural gas only
- Commercial gas work. Our registration is domestic
- Unvented hot water cylinders. We are qualified on vented cylinders, and unvented work needs the separate G3 ticket
- Air source heat pumps. Installing those under the grant scheme needs MCS certification, which we do not hold
